and as a child assisted his father when the latter founded the Christ Apostolic
Church Dutsen Wai in 1965. As a young boy, he was mentored by Pastor Oyesola
with whom he lived in 1965. During this tutelage he worshiped in Christ
Apostolic Church 7 Williams Street Zaria where the minister was in charge. He
became a staunch member of the Choir and later the organist of that
Church. Currently, Commodore SEA Olamilokun is an elder of the CAC
Worldwide and he worships at Christ Apostolic Church Spring of Life Chapel,
Lagos. He has been the Chairman of the Anniversary and Harvest Committee of the
Church since 2015. Commodore Olamilokun is passionate about the fruits and gifts
of the spirit as explained by Apostle Paul in 1 Corithians 13 and Galatians 5 v
22 and 23. He wants all Nigerians to be guided by the advice of Apostle
Paul in Phillipians 4 v 8. He commends the reawakening of the basic teaching of
Christ on Love as reemphasised by the charismatic preacher, Bishop Michael
Curry who preached on the Royal Wedding of Harry and Megan quoting from Martin Luther King...."We must discover the power of love, the redemptive power of love.
And when we do that, we will make of this old world a new world, for
love -- love is the only way."Also, Commodore Olamilokun believes that the
essential teaching of Jesus Christ has the power to transform the world and that these
should represent the future of spiritual thinking, envisioning a time when we
put aside petty hatreds, when we stop thinking about refugees as enemies, when
we embrace our friends at home and abroad as neighbors grounded in the love of
God, which only becomes visible when we act in a loving manner, treating our
neighbors as we ourselves would like to be treated.
Commodore SEA Olamilokun is passionate about his country, Nigeria, and wants all Nigerians to
be patriotic citizens who should join hands in lifting the country
up. He believes strongly in the wordings of Robert F Kennedy which
says "Progress is a nice word. But change is its motivator and
change has its enemies." He admonishes Nigerians, especially the youth, to embrace progress and change with boldness and determination. The youth
and other Nigerians should learn from the words of Marcus Aurelius Antoninus
(121AD - 180 AD) who said.."..Waste no more time talking about great souls and
how they should be. Become one yourself!" Join Commodore Olamilokun on his
